83-Year-Old "Godfather" and 29-Year-Old Girlfriend Split - Their Baby Born Just Three Months Ago

According to reports from Sina Entertainment, the 83-year-old iconic figure, Al Pacino, has parted ways with his sizzling 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, just as their baby is only three months old.
Noor has filed an application with the court, seeking full custody of their child while also expressing her willingness to grant Pacino joint legal custody. This arrangement would enable him to participate in significant decisions concerning their child's education and healthcare.
Speculations about Noor's motives arose since the birth of their child. However, legal documents she submitted reveal that she conceived the child after her relationship with Pacino. Initially, Pacino was taken aback by the news of her pregnancy, and it wasn't until six months into her pregnancy that she informed him. Pacino, aware of his own health concerns, had taken precautions to prevent pregnancy and even suspected infidelity, leading him to insist on a DNA test, which confirmed his paternity.
Both parties, along with third-party witnesses, signed a "Voluntary Declaration of Paternity" just six days after the baby's birth, solidifying Pacino's biological connection to the child.
Noor is requesting the court to compel Pacino to cover any legal fees and related expenses associated with this case. As for child support, the preliminary documents submitted to the court do not specify an exact amount. In California, the court must first establish both parties' incomes before issuing a child support order. Clearly, in this case, the determination of how much Pacino will be required to pay hinges on his annual earnings.
