One notable example is the introduction of Radovid, the King of Redania from 'The Witcher 3', in the third season of 'The Witcher'. However, this portrayal of the character in the series differs greatly from the tyrannical image in the game. In the show, Geralt encounters Radovid, who is still the second heir to the throne, portrayed as a charming young man, and they eventually fall in love.
Skinner's performance is filled with love and compassion, but in an interview, the actor admitted that he is unsure if the version of Radovid he portrays is accurate and whether fans will see him evolve into the dreaded leader from the game.
"I don't know if I'll return, or what's going to happen next, but I know the initial talks were like, 'This is the start of him.' So, who knows, maybe he'll become more like the game's version upon his return, as this is the beginning of his story."
