According to Variety, Walt Disney has announced the launch of the preschool animation 'Ariel,' inspired by 'The Little Mermaid.'
The preschool animation 'Ariel' will feature Ariel, the little mermaid, as the main character and portray the stories of her and other well-known underwater characters in their youth. It is set to be released worldwide in 2024.
Ayo Davis, President of Disney Branded Television, said, 'For over 30 years, the story of 'The Little Mermaid' has been loved by audiences worldwide. We are thrilled to introduce our new Disney Junior version of Ariel to preschool children around the world.'
