Former Director Responds to Douban Ratings: It's Too Greedy to Be Like "Dying to Survive"

According to a report by Phoenix Entertainment, in a recent episode of the Phoenix Non-Trivial Channel, director Tian Yusheng discussed the Douban ratings of the "Former" series of movies. He stated that he doesn't care too much about these scores, but he can't completely ignore them either.
Tian Yusheng mentioned that he pays attention to comments on all platforms, including Maoyan, Taopiaopiao, Weibo, Zhihu, and others. He admitted that if he wants everyone to praise his work and become a phenomenal success like "Dying to Survive," it might be a bit greedy.
According to Douban ratings, the scores for all four "Former" movies are currently less than ideal. The scores range from 6.1 for the first part to 5.2 for the second part, 5.5 for the third part, and 6.0 for the fourth part.
