According to Watch Hollywood, director Guillermo del Toro's next new film has been exposed, which is a new adaptation of the famous "monster" story "Frankenstein".
Deadline exclusively reported that "Spinning Top" intends to star in Oscar Isaac, Andrew Garfield, Mia Goss. All three of them have already talked with Top, and all of them are interested in acting, but they haven't officially signed the contract yet. The film is tentatively scheduled to be produced by Netflix, but Netflix has not yet responded to the film.
The film will be written and directed by Guillermo del Toro, and it's unclear whether the setting will be a Frankenstein set in the period of the original, or a modern version, or something else. The source said that Goss should play Dr. Frankenstein's lover, and it is still uncertain who will play Frankenstein or the Creator between Isaac and Garfield.
