IMAX Exclusivity for 'Dune 2' - 'Captain Marvel 2' Left Out

According to comicbook, during the IMAX earnings call on Wednesday, CEO Richard Gelfond revealed that 'Dune 2', set to be released on November 3, will have an exclusive IMAX run for 5 to 6 weeks. This means 'Captain Marvel 2', premiering on November 10, won't have access to these screens.
Regarding the reports about Warner Bros. delaying the release of 'Dune 2', Gelfond stated, "I strongly feel that 'Dune 2' won't be delayed."
"During that period, there's another great movie coming out, which is Marvel's 'Captain Marvel 2'. We can't play that movie because we've already committed our screens to 'Dune'."
Gelfond also mentioned that 'Dune 2' currently faces no competition in the market, and if it were delayed, the costs would increase. Moreover, they would have to give up the IMAX screens to 'Captain Marvel 2', making the agreement for 'Dune 2' pointless.
