A new behind-the-scenes video for Joker appears to show Arkham Asylum on fire.

In an Instagram post shared by Lady Gaga Now (an unofficial fan account), the Joker, or someone else equally nefarious, appears to have set fire to Arkham Asylum.
"Joker" ends with Joaquin Phoenix's Arthur Fleck being arrested and taken to Arkham State Hospital. The sequel, a musical set in a mental institution, sees Arthur meeting Lady Gaga's Hazelle Quinn.
