Director of 'The Flash' Reveals: Nicolas Cage to Make a Cameo as Superman

Andres Muschietti, the director of 'The Flash,' revealed in an interview with the Middle Eastern edition of 'Gentleman' magazine a major scoop – Nicolas Cage will portray Superman (one of them) in the movie.

Cage was previously invited to star in Tim Burton's 'Superman Lives' in the 1990s, but the project was shelved. After 25 years of waiting, Cage finally becomes 'Superman'!

The director disclosed that Cage is a devoted fan of Superman, and despite having a limited cameo, Cage is fully committed and hopes for further collaboration in the future.

Nicolas Cage named his son Kal-El, the Kryptonian name of Superman, highlighting his profound love for the superhero.

Cage was also asked if he received an invitation from Marvel to join the MCU, to which he replied that he doesn't need to be a part of the MCU because he already has enough fame. Instead, he chose to cameo as Superman in the DCEU, demonstrating his loyalty to the character.
