According to news from the NetEase Entertainment channel, as revealed on the Enterprise Check app, the Beijing Internet Court has issued an official notice regarding the lawsuit filed by Wang Yibo against the online harassment and defamation perpetrated by an individual identified as "Yu" on the internet.
From the day of this notice, a 30-day period is deemed to have started, during which the notice is considered delivered. The deadline for submitting a defense statement is 15 days from the day following the expiration of the notice period. Furthermore, a hearing has been scheduled at the Beijing Internet Court's Network Courtroom 43 for the third day after the defense period ends.
Notably, on July 27th, Yuehua Entertainment, the company representing Wang Yibo, released an official statement detailing the case of online harassment and defamation involving Wang Yibo and the individual "Yu." It is reported that "Yu" repeatedly posted insulting and defamatory statements directed at Wang Yibo on the Weibo platform, severely damaging Wang Yibo's personal reputation.
