Netflix recently unveiled a teaser video for the live-action adaptation of 'One Piece,' and IGN released a comparison video between the live-action version and the anime.
The live-action series 'One Piece' on Netflix is scheduled to premiere on August 31st this year.
Inaki Godoy portrays Luffy, Mackenyu Arata plays Zoro, Emily Rudd takes on the role of Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson portrays Usopp, and Taz Skyla stars as Sanji. Based on the original work by Eiichiro Oda, the series tells the story of young Luffy as he embarks on an adventure to become the 'Pirate King.' The live-action adaptation of 'One Piece' is a collaboration between Netflix and Tomorrow Studios (known for 'Prison Break' and the TV adaptation of 'Snowpiercer').
