Vin Diesel: Fast & Furious Needs a Satisfying Conclusion!
2023-05-30
According to Variety, actor Vin Diesel from the Fast & Furious series has expressed the necessity of bringing a satisfying conclusion to the franchise.
His reasoning is as follows: 'In the history of Universal Pictures, there has never been a film as thrilling and captivating as the Fast & Furious series.'
Based on the plot of the recently released tenth installment, it is clear that there will be more sequels in the future. Many of the original characters have returned, and the ending left significant suspense.
It is understood that Universal initially planned to make two more films, Fast & Furious 10 and Fast & Furious 11, as the conclusion. The latter has already been announced to premiere in 2025. However, after the release of the tenth film, Universal is considering turning it into a trilogy by adding a Fast & Furious 12. Another lead actress, Michelle Rodriguez, also stated, 'It's a tradition to tell stories in threes.' Currently, neither of them has directly confirmed this plan.
