Ryo Yoshizawa Confirmed to Play 9-Year-Old Ying Zheng in 'Kingdom 3'

On the 4th, actor Ryo Yoshizawa attended a special event for the film 'Kingdom: The Flame of Destiny' in Tokyo, where he joined director Shinsuke Sato and fellow actors Masaki Suda, Nanao, Hiroki Hasegawa, Takayuki Yamada, Kanna Hashimoto, Jun Kaname, and Hiroki Yasumoto on stage. Approximately 4,000 fans also attended the event.

The film tells a touching chapter of the manga's original story, known as the 'Purple Summer Arc,' which delves into the past of Ying Zheng, the young ruler of the Qin Dynasty who achieved the unification of China for the first time. When asked about his thoughts on this chapter and his portrayal of Ying Zheng, Yoshizawa expressed his delight, saying, 'This is a part that I also loved in the original work. I am thrilled to be able to bring to life the profound image I had from the beginning.'
