"The Little Mermaid" released a new trailer, "Ariel made her own choice." The film will hit theaters on May 26.

Inspired by the well-known Hans Christian Andersen fairy tales, the film stars the innocent, brave and rebellious mermaid Ariel (Halle Bailey). Eager to explore the world beyond the sea, she fell in love with the human prince Alec (Jonah Hauer-King).
