Hayden Christensen's Star Wars Journey: 20 Years of Training Behind the Scenes

Today, we have the privilege to witness Hayden Christensen's behind-the-scenes training during the making of "Star Wars." This journey spans two decades.

Born in 1981, Hayden Christensen is a native of Vancouver, Canada. At the age of 7 or 8, his brother tied him to a chair and played the VHS tapes of "Star Wars" trilogy. From that moment onwards, he became deeply immersed in the world of Star Wars, becoming a devoted fan.

In the year 2000, George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars, announced that the 19-year-old Canadian newcomer Hayden Christensen would portray the young Anakin Skywalker in "Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones." This announcement immediately drew global attention, as people wondered what exactly attracted Lucas to choose Hayden over more than 400 competitors, including Leonardo DiCaprio.

Hayden's boy-next-door image, the features of a handsome young man, his muscular physique as an adult, and the dark aura he could exude when necessary all convinced Lucas that he was the perfect choice to play Anakin Skywalker.

Furthermore, Hayden reprised his role as the "Dark Lord" in the Star Wars spin-off TV series "Obi-Wan" and "Ahsoka." This role added more excitement to his Star Wars journey.
