On August 7, according to Lighthouse Pro data, as of 3:41 pm today, the total box office (including presales) in August 2023 has exceeded 2 billion yuan. Films 'The Investiture of the Gods,' 'All In,' and 'The Meg 2: Abyss' temporarily rank top three in August box office.
Before the deadline, 'The Investiture of the Gods' has a total box office of 1.683 billion yuan, 'All In' has a presale box office of 467 million yuan, and 'The Meg 2: Abyss' has a total box office of 405 million yuan. Among them, 'The Investiture of the Gods' has reversed its reputation from a 'bad movie reservation' to a current Douban score of 7.8. Among over 550,000 Douban users' ratings, 45.8% have given it a 4-star evaluation.
