Gunn Expresses Willingness to Collaborate Again with Margot Robbie, Portraying Harley Quinn or Other Roles

The DC Extended Universe (DCEU) has officially concluded, with Margot Robbie having portrayed Harley Quinn in this phase. She recently commented on "Joker 2" and extended her blessings to Lady GaGa playing the role of Joker.

James Gunn and Peter Safran currently oversee DC Studios and the future plans for the DC Extended Universe. Gunn recently responded to speculations about Margot Robbie being reappointed as the new DCU Harley Quinn.

Gunn stated, "It's been a while since I discussed anything about Harley Quinn with Robbie. But I'm eager to collaborate with her again, whether it's for the role of Harley Quinn or any other character. Of course, there's still no confirmed plan on who will play Harley Quinn."

Last year, Robbie revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she has taken enough rest and is ready to portray Harley Quinn once again.
