James Gunn, the co-CEO of DC Studios, shared on Twitter that Zack Snyder had contacted him to "express his support for Gunn's choice of DCU."
After someone tweeted the message with the hashtag #sellthesnyderversetonetflix. James Gunn replied: "I have to say, this has to be the weirdest tag because firstly Netflix has not expressed any relevant interest (although I have discussed other things), and Zach has not expressed any relevant interest. Willingness, seems like he's happy with what he's doing (yes we talked about that too)."
And another user asked him what he talked about with Schneider. Gunn said: "He contacted me and expressed his support for my choice. He is a great person. And once again, he seems to be interested in what he is now. I am very satisfied with the huge world building that has been done."
