Ryoko Hirosue's Divorce: Ex-husband requests no compensation while considering their child

According to Sina Entertainment, Japanese actress Ryoko Hirosue announced her divorce on July 23. It took only one and a half months since the revelation of her extramarital affair to end the marriage, leading to speculations that a substantial amount of compensation was involved.

Her ex-husband, Candle June, released a lengthy statement through his lawyer, stating that he prioritized the well-being of their child in making the decision to divorce. He relinquished all rights except for visitation rights to their child.

For almost two months, he communicated with Ryoko Hirosue through their lawyers, as she and the child were residing outside their family home, hindering his ability to have meaningful interaction with the child. Concerned about the child's emotional state, he ultimately decided to accept the divorce proposal without requesting any conditions or financial compensation, opting to follow her suggestion.

Furthermore, Candle June emphasized that he did not seek any compensation from chef Takanashi Hayasaka, the person involved in the affair. He mentioned that even if he were to receive compensation from Takanashi Hayasaka, it would not ease his emotions. His top priority remained their child, and despite wanting to resolve the matter with Takanashi Hayasaka quickly, he eventually chose to give up on waiting further and decided on the divorce without any claims for compensation.

It is worth noting that Ryoko Hirosue and Candle June got married in 2010 and are now divorcing in the wake of Ryoko's infidelity with chef Takanashi Hayasaka, as reported by Japanese media on June 7, 2023. Ryoko Hirosue made the divorce announcement on July 23.
