Based on the professional data from Maoyan, the movie "The First War of Gods" has surpassed 200 million yuan in total box office within three days of its release.
Maoyan's initial prediction of the total box office, which was 1.5 billion yuan, was adjusted to 1.4 billion yuan, and it has now been further reduced to 1.2 billion yuan.
On the first day of release in mainland China, "The First War of Gods" grossed 58.39 million yuan, falling behind Urhan's previous work "Mystical Dragon" with 160 million yuan in a single day and the record-breaking "Painted Skin 2" in the Chinese-speaking world. It was also lower than the 77.93 million yuan achieved by the mock-worthy "The Legend of Gods" in the same year.
