Thor Supporting Actor Ray Stevenson Passes Away During Filming, Marvel Mourns

Sources revealed that Ray Stevenson was hospitalized during the filming of a new series due to feeling unwell. Unfortunately, his condition worsened, and he could not recover from the medical facility. The cause of death remains unknown, and his family is unwilling to disclose it.

At the time, Ray Stevenson was in Italy filming a new series titled 'Casino of Ischia,' where he played the male lead, telling the story of the ups and downs of a martial arts star. His untimely death could potentially have a significant impact on the production of the film.

In 2011, Ray Stevenson was invited to participate in the Marvel film series 'Thor,' where he portrayed 'Volstagg,' one of the 'Warriors Three' from Asgard. He frequently fought alongside Thor and met his demise in 'Thor: Ragnarok.'

On May 23, Marvel Studios released a statement mourning the passing of Ray Stevenson:
