Jason Momoa Hints "Aquaman 2" Marks the Conclusion of DCEU, Teases Return with New Character

Recently, Jason Momoa appeared on Jimmy Fallon's show, promoting the DC's latest film, "Aquaman 2: Kingdom Lost."
When asked about the possibility of a third installment in the "Aquaman" series, Momoa replied, "This feels like the end of the DCEU (DC Extended Universe)." But he added, "DC will always have a place for me," hinting at a return with a different character in the rebooted DC universe. There have been rumors that Momoa might return as "Lobo."
Last year, DC's film department underwent a series of restructuring, including hiring director James Gunn and producer Peter Safran. The film "Superman: Legacy," set to kick off James Gunn's DC new universe, is slated for 2025.
"Aquaman 2: Kingdom Lost" is set to hit theaters in the U.S. on December 20.
