According to reports from the foreign media, Matthew Vaughn, the director of "X-Men: First Class" and "The Kingpin," recently disclosed the behind-the-scenes machinations of Hollywood movie producers.

He revealed that before directing "X-Men: First Class," he was invited to helm "X-Men 3: The Final Stand." When he visited the office of a high-ranking executive, he stumbled upon the script for "X-Men 3." The script contained a captivating scene: on the first page, it read "Africa," depicting children dying due to a lack of water, and Storm creating a thunderstorm to save these children.

Upon questioning the executive, he was told that this was a script prepared for Halle Berry, with all the content she desired. Once she signed the contract, they would discard this script.

Matthew Vaughn thought that such deception towards an Oscar-winning actress like Halle Berry was unethical, and as a result, he decided to step down from directing "X-Men 3: The Final Stand." It's worth noting that the scenes described in the fake script did not make it into the final edit of the movie.

In 2011, Vaughn returned to the Marvel world, directing "X-Men: First Class." This film served as a reboot of the franchise, ultimately being reimagined as a prequel to the previous "X-Men" movies.
